Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is permitted for Non-Rush orders within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel or change an order, please Contact SPS as soon as possible with your name and order number.
Orders requesting Rush Service cannot be cancelled.
Regular Returns & Exchanges
Returns of merchandise accepted with a receipt, within 14 days of order. Items must be unused/unworn in the original packaging with tags attached and be odor free. Refunds will be issued as Store Credit for eligible returns. Seasonal products will be returned at the current price. Clearance and Last Chance items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping except in cases of store error (incorrect item or defective/damaged product). Credit is issued once return is received and inspected. Custom or Personalized Products
At Soaring Phoenix Studios, we take great care in creating uniquely personal, one-of-a-kind items for our customers. Each personalized or custom order is provided a proof by email to ensure your satisfaction. We will not begin your order until you have reviewed and approved the project proof. Please verify spelling, grammar and any unique features of your project carefully as production typically begins as soon as initial approval is received.
Soaring Phoenix Studios currently ships only to US (including APO/FPO) addresses.
Please allow 2-5 days for regular orders to be processed to ship. Custom and Personalized orders may require more time - usually 3-7 days after Proof Approval. All orders ship from Cadiz, Kentucky. Most packages arrive within 3-7 days of shipping; APO/FPO may be longer transit. We cannot guarantee carrier transit time. We use USPS Priority or Ground Advantage shipping for most orders – You can request free delivery to a USPS Smart Locker, in available locations. Signature delivery confirmation is also available for a small fee. For some high value orders Soaring Phoenix Studios may opt to ship via carrier and require an adult signature on delivery. Tracking information will advise if an adult signature will be required for delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
SPS is not responsible for incorrect delivery information. Please ensure your billing and delivery information is correct when you place your order. If a missing package is the result of our mistake, we will happily replace your order at no further cost to you. If the USPS incorrectly delivers a correctly addressed package, we will initiate a delivery exception as soon as we are notified.
Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the package to appear in the USPS system. Tracking numbers are generated as soon as a shipping label is created, prior to the USPS having the package. Your package tracking will update as soon as the USPS scans the package, and it begins to move through the system.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item(s) upon verification. Please take pictures of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box and Contact Us to begin the replacement process.
